Here are some important information regarding restoring purchases:
Restore Fly Ability
You can restore your Fly Ability by logging in to the same App Store account used to purchase the ability. Then, tap on the Gems icon > Utilities > Restore.
Restore Purchased Items (Last 60 days)
In case of loosing all progress (app reinstalled), if you bought any gems on the last (60) sixty days, according to our Refund Policy, we are able to restore them to your account, once you send us the full receipt of the purchases.
